When Peter's son Zachary died in a foreign prison, Peter had an opportunity to free him. As a result, Peter lives with the guilt of having caused his son’s death. Zachary was always a rebellious young man, and Peter thought that by making him stay in jail, he would be teaching the boy a lesson. He was wrong.
