When Tom appears to save the hobbits from the barrow and the sword, what does he tell the other hobbits that they need to do in order to shake off the enchantment?

In Lord of the Rings, Tom saves the hobbits from the river's enchantment and the trees actions, but he says that they are not safe from it, yet. They must shed their clothes and run through the tall grasses until it has been washed off of them.
