How does Edward discover that Lucy isn't lying about Narnia in the novel, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe?

Edmund enters the wardrobe while he and his siblings are playing hide and seek. After watching Lucy enter the wardrobe, he decides to try and follow her to tease her some more. That is when he finds for himself that Lucy was not lying.
