What is Capomesnil?

Capomesnil is where Nicole lived as a widow. Nicole's chateau was located in a relatively secluded place. Adam lived nearby and that is apparently how Jacques knew Marguerite would be virtually alone one day, giving him the opportunity to rape her. The house is described in some detail, including that Jacques and Adam dragged Marguerite upstairs where Jacques raped her.
