What is the narrator point of view in the novel, The Language of Flowers?

The novel is narrated in the first person, with Victoria's perspective being the sole point of view from which the story is told. With few exceptions, each part has a dual perspective, which alternates between Victoria's childhood perspective and her perspective as an adult.
