Matthias would most likely point out that all women, if they are to be redeemed and able to go to heaven, should bow to the greater understanding of the men in their lives. He would point out that in the Bible there are numerous situations in which women are temptresses and devils bent on derailing good men from their spiritual purposes. If the woman he was arguing with didn't agree with him, he would most likely beat them senseless as this is what he did with both his wife and daughter.
