Who is Raina from The Killing Dance and what is their importance?

Raina is the Lupa of the werewolf pack, and she is Marcus' wife. She films pornographic films in an old barn and attempts to force Stephen to participate. She is described as ruthless, cruel and feared by everyone. Raina forbids the other werewolves to make Anita one of them. Raina plans to film Anita's rape, and thus, she ultimately plans to film her death. In the end, Anita kills Raina.
