Wetbridge High School is the public high school that Billy, Alf, Clark, and Tyler attend. Billy is generally disinterested in his studies and spends his time in class studying computer programming. Alf plans to make money by accepting payments from the students at the school in exchange of photocopied Playboy pictures.
