What did Henrietta's doctors at Johns Hopkins find during her repeated visits in June of 1951?

Henrietta was sure that the cancer was spreading all inside her, and said she could feel it. Twice notations were made after examination that there were no signs of recurrence. But Henrietta was right, and when she finally underwent surgery after a tumor was found, it was determined that her cancer was inoperable. It had spread everywhere.
