Author, Charles Dickens, is a loner on Mars and shuns the other writers, hoping to distance himself from them completely. In actuality, he is appalled that he's been included with their horrors. Dickens lives a secluded life with character from his novels, those characters include his many creations from A Christmas Carol, The Pickwick Papers, and other works. Dickens refuses to have anything to do with harming the rocket men.
