Who is Jimmy Null from The Husband and what is their importance?

Jimmy Null is one of the kidnappers. He believes in psychic abilities and metaphysical connections. He also believes that Holly has special powers and needs his help to learn to use them fully. Because of this belief, he becomes attached to Holly in order to protect her. Holly plays along with Null's beliefs, especially after she learns he has killed all his partners in the belief that they are trying to rob him. Null decides to collect the ransom on his own so he can take Holly to Arizona and help develop her powers. When Null comes face to face with Mitch during the exchange, Holly pretends to be suffering stigmata. Null is distracted enough that Mitch gets the better of him and rescues Holly. Null is not dead yet, however, and comes after Mitch and Holly again. Mitch manages to shoot Null, ending the ordeal.
