What is Osip's opinion of his master, Khlestakov?

Osip refers to the way Khlestakov refuses to work and always goes through the money sent to him by his father too quickly, indulging himself in fancy dinners and cab rides. He also talks about how Khlestakov manipulates others into supporting him when in reality he is only a lowly civil servant.
