What was Estha’s traumatic experience at the Sound of Music? How did Estha react?

Estha loves to sing out loud during the movie. The audience gets angry at him so Estha goes to the lobby to sing. The juice man invites Estha for a cold soda and sexually abuses him. Estha is of course traumatized. He feels sick to his stomach and vomits up the soda.
