Names are duplicated only when the child is a replacement child in place of the loss of a child. The name of the lost child is given to the Newchild in a Murmur-of -Replacement Ceremony. Sometimes a child is given the name of an Old person that has been released earlier, but that is not the same as a replacement naming. Ch 6
