What is Don Jaime's opinion of Manlito in the novel, The Fencing Master?

Don Jaime agrees that Manlito is hotheaded but at only seventeen he could use this to his advantage. Even if his hotheadedness proves a problem Jaime is confident training and discipline will give him a level head.
