Why does the author believe everyone living in the United States should study the Constitution?

Floyd G. Cullop believes every individual living in this country should study the Constitution because our way of government is established on it. Further, the rights and privileges of American citizens are shielded by it. Those who are ignorant of the U.S. Constitution are ignorant of the truths Americans believed to be superior to all others concerning the relationships between government and human beings.
