Who is Deputy Justin Crowley from The Christopher Killer: A Forensic Mystery and what is their importance?

Deputy Justin Crowley is the new deputy in Silverton. Cameryn is attracted to Justin, though Patrick dislikes the deputy, and Cameryn finally learns that her father dislikes Justin because Justin is friends with Hannah. When Justin brings Cameryn a letter and a package from Hannah, Cameryn refuses to look at them until after her run-in with Dr. Jewel. Dr. Jewel's clues, which he supposedly gets from Rachel, lead Cameryn to suspect Justin. Justin, however, saves Cameryn after she learns the truth and is about to be shot by Dr. Jewel.
