Alfred Gillette is employed by the National Security Council. He is described as intellectual, who is not only exceedingly smart but vindictive as well. Gillette has a number of powerful connections. Unfortunately, Gillette isn't happy with the way he is treated in his job and decides to betray his government, joining Carlos, who he tells about Treadstone Seventy-One. He is later betrayed by Carlos and killed outside the Treadstone brownstone.
