What happens in chapter 14 in detail?

Will and the others start to fight off Brogan’s men, before Brogan himself makes another appearance. He and his men have freed himself from the train car and are determined to get Mr. Dorian since they were unable to get the gold thanks to all of the traps. Things look grim, but the rest of the circus performers show up just as Mr. Dorian had planned. The groups works together to defeat Brogan’s men, but one of the circus performers is stabbed and thrown off the train in the resulting chaos. Once Brogan and his men are dispatched, Mr. Dorian insists that Will needs to draw his portrait on the canvas immediately because his heart is already starting to fail him.
