Who is Anne of Cleves from The Autobiography of Henry VIII: With Notes by His Fool, Will Somers: A Novel?

Anne of Cleves was Henry VIII's fourth wife. Their marriage was a political one, and very short lived. Henry was appalled by Anne's ugliness. He did however allow her to stay in England (she didn't want to go home), where he treated her like a favorite sister.
