The Arsonists' City is narrated in the third-person limited point-of-view following every main character with the exception of Sara. Mazna’s sections are the longest of the family, while Idris’s are the shortest. Ava, Mimi, and Naj all share about an equal amount of time. The author uses this separation to establish relationships and foreshadow events both in the past and the present.
