What is a good virtue that could be learned from the book?

Although Tom believes that his friendship with Huck is a bit daring and controversial... something he relishes, he also shows himself to be kind and accepting. He accepts Huck's predicament, and he embraces their friendship.... even though the rest of the community ostracizes Huck for things that are out of his control.
