How does Dikaiopolis react when Dercetes asks him to share some of the peace?

Dikaiopolis does not want to share his peace with Dercetes. Dercetes had two oxen taken by Boeotian raiders, and in his sorrow Dercetes cried his eyes out. He begs Dikaiopolis for some peace or the wine to rub into his eyes, or even a few drops, but Dikaiopolis doesn't give in to him.
