Describe the Megarans. How are they depicted?

The Megarans are first described as emaciated, and the father speaks with a dialect suggesting he comes from a more rural place. He also speaks with many suggestive turns-of-phrase, or double entendres. The Megaran comes off as very rough and gruff and even sells his daughters for some salt and garlic.
