Why do you think Wellpinit school does so badly in sports against Rearden?

Reardan is a white school in a fairly affluent farm community. They have more money, resources, and community support than Wellpinit. Race is an issue here. Wellpinit is a reservation school which must contend with poverty and substance abuse problems in the community. There just isn't the support in Wellpinit.
