Describe the ways in which Swami tries to get money to fulfill his obsession.

Swami wants a hoop to play with and is pretty obsessed with obtaining one. He tells a coachman about his wish and the coachman claims that he can get Swami a hoop for five rupees. Swami clearly can't afford that but the coachman claims that he has a way of turning copper coins into silver; all Swami needs to do is bring him six paise. This ends up being a disaster for Swami.
