Why is Mr. Enfield unable to describe Mr. Hyde?

He can't say way he doesn't have the words to explain or describe Hyde, only that he knows that the man is ugly and evil. This maybe be because Hyde is beyond words, almost as much as he is beyond morality and having a conscience. Enfield can't conceptualize someone like Hyde, therefore he can't express in words what he looks like.
