Thothmes has been Sinuhe's friend since childhood. The boys meet at Oneh's school. Thothmes is older than Sinuhe by several years. He has a talent for naturalistic art and was accepted at the art school in Thebes. Unfortunately, he is expelled soon after arriving and becomes a regular customer at the Syrian Jar. Over time, Thothmes becomes a great artist, patronized by Pharaoh Akhnaton in Akhetaton.
