The Dimblethum is a large creature who looks like a cross between a bear and a man. The Dimblethum is the constant travel companion of Lightfoot and a dear friend of Cara's. The Dimblethum and Lightfoot follow Cara and her travel companions as they begin their quest. They reveal themselves when they rush in and help the group triumph in their fight with the delvers.
