How is carver different than latimer

Slam currently attends Latimer for the visual arts program. Latimer's school policy is designed to have more black kids to attend to magnet schools. It is I think Latimer is a specialty school that has more opportunity, less crime and violence, more prospects...Carver is a rough inner-city school with issues of poverty and marginalization.
