What is the significance of the title? Do you find the title clever? Frustrating?

Six Degrees of Separation originates from Ouisa’s contemplations on the comforting theory that only six “degrees”—six people—separate one from everyone else on the planet. The obvious problem is that one needs to discover the six in order to realize the connection.

I find the title clever, but like most people, I also find it a bit frustrating.
