Who is Lord of Death?

Lord Death is the personification of ultimate despair and decay. He is a god that has no care for life beyond the power the souls can give him. This is why he betrayed the druids, even though they were his closest allies and willing to do anything for him. It is why he creates the Children out of the dead, manipulates Cabel’s hatred of himself to turn him against Tamsin, and cares little for those that will die as he heads into the mortal world. Wherever Lord Death goes, corruption always follows.
