Larry appears in the story, My Oedipus Complex. He is a young boy whose love for his mother interferes with his love for his father. Used to being the center of his mother's attention since his father went to war, Larry finds himself losing his privileged place in his mother's life when his father returns from war..... something that causes him to despise his father. Exasperated, his father treats him like a child. Larry has been spoiled by his life alone with mother, and it is only when Larry is faced with a new threat, a little brother, that he and his father join sides.
