What is the theme in Sonnet 19 by William Shakespeare?

The theme has to do with the declaration of love by the speakerfor a lord. In Sonnet 19, the poet declares his love for the fair lord twice: in line 9, "O! carve not with thy hours my love's fair brow;" and in line 14, "My love shall in my verse ever live young."
