Jake and Danny get into a fight when they are leaving Mr. Riordan's cast party. Jake is tired of Danny always trying to bother Selena. Danny is angry and ready to fight. The boys come to blows and are stopped by Selena. The fight highlights Jake's recent changes in behavior. The fight also works as a metaphor for the back stage and behind the scenes conflicts between many of the characters.
