Percy is African American. He and Jessica are in French class together in high school, so Jessica calls him Pepe. While Percy once had a crush on Jessica, he starts dating Bridget. Similar to Bridget, Percy loves drama and theater, so he and Bridget bond over these shared interests. They become boyfriend and girlfriend.
