Who is Claudia from Sapphique and what is their importance?

Claudia is engaged to be married to Prince Giles. This also puts Claudia in line to be the next queen. She was offered the option to marry the queen's other stepson, Caspar, but instead works to help Finn regain his memory and prove he is the real Prince Giles.

Claudia's father is the warden of Incarceron. Claudia finds out that she was born in Incarceron and that her father stole her from the prison, which means he is not her real father. Claudia seems to struggle with her love for her tutor Jared and her love for Finn. In the end, Claudia makes it to Incarecron to try to free her father. Once Finn regains his memory, he saves Claudia from Incareceron and she and Finn vow to wed and rebuild the realm together.
