Who is the antagonist in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead by Tom Stoppard?

I suppose Hamlet is the antagonist. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are just trying to figure out what is going on. It is Hamlet who ultimately switches the King's letter causing the demise of his two friends.
