Why is it implied that the nurse actually nurses Juliet when she was a Baby?

Rich women or women of nobility often hired "wet nurses" or nurses that are lactating. It was considered beneath women of nobility to breastfeed. The nurse in Romeo and Juliet had lost her baby. Infant mortality in the Middle Ages was very high.
