Where is there dramatic irony in Act Two of Romeo and Juliet?

When Romeo's kinsmen want to fight Tybalt, but Romeo knows that they are related now and he tries to deflate the situation.

Also, there's Juliet's nurse whom Benvolio and Mercutio are making fun of. They don't know who she is or why she's there.
