Robinson Crusoe could be best considered an unwise man for several reasons. First, he discounted the advice and experience of those around him (which would have saved him some unnecessary trouble). Secondly, early on, he tends to react to situations or notions without thinking them through thoroughly. Lastly, he can be considered unwise because many times he makes decisions based on emotions rather than reason.
