How does the author use foreshadowing in Protagoras and Meno?

The Meno dialogue is a much more straight forward conversation led by Socrates, with drama also provided by the sinister and foreshadowing appearance of Anytus. Anytus' subsequent appearance then foreshadows the trial and death of Socrates.
