What opinion does Mr. Bennet have of his daughters, excepting Lizzy?

Mr. Bennet isn't like his wife. He believes that all of the fuss is ridiculous and that most women are simply silly and without much real opinion to offer the world. He believes that Lizzy and perhaps Jane have the most sense of them all, but in the end, they are, to him, 'just' women.
