he kills the town, because of his loathing of the peoples celebration of his beloveds death, well what he sees as their celebration, most of them dont know why the bells are ringing constantly, and outsiders flock to the town thinking its a festival, not knowing that the bells ringing 24/7 is an homage to Susana San Juan, Pedro Paramos one and only true love.
