When Paul heads into the headmaster’s office, he seems determined to make a statement..... to throw his teachers, who were present to lodge a complaint about him off kilter. He knows that his behavior in under scrutiny, and yet he enters the office suave and smiling. He seemed to be completely confident, dresssed in his best (not the best) and ready for the confrontation..... at least in appearance, as Paul's appearance, unlike his accusers' is gentlemanly, poised.

During the meeting, Paul lies with ease, exposing the fact that he's confortable with the art of lying. While his teachers speak, he listens with a smile..... the more they have to say, the more he smirks, leading his accusers to grow more and more angry. In essense, he taunts them with his smile, and in the end, he bows as he leaves the stage of his own making.
