Lish from Paranormalcy is a mermaid and Evie's best friend. She is an immortal and older than Evie. She has a hard time understanding mortals and she really would like to so that she can connect with Evie. Evie thinks that Lish is working voluntarily for IPCA but later learns that she's as enslaved as the Seelie are. Vivian kills Lish when she breaks into the center.
