David from Paranormalcy is Lend's father. He was once a member of the IPCA before it became IPCA. He left because he didn't like the harsh tactics that they were employing. He has tried to give his son as close to as normal as possible. He's glad when his son falls for Evie and Evie is able to love him for who he is.
