Who is B. Gruss II?

B. Gruss II is a high-ranking executive in Feagin Dixon, who invites a number of respected women in the company to a round-table meeting to discuss sexual politics within the office. Despite this apparent signal of openness, Gruss is incredibly dismissive of the legitimate complaints that the assembled women begin to propose. After just a few short minutes, Gruss simply walks out of the meeting.
