Who is Joe Solomon from Only the Good Spy Young and what is their importance?

Joe Solomon is one of Cammie's former teachers. He is also a well-known, respected spy. When his double agent status is revealed, Joe goes on the run, as operatives on both sides want to capture him. His actions and attitudes towards Cammie, however, remain loyal, as he continues to try and protect her.
