What does Jocasta want Oedipus to do with all of his new information?

Jocasta wants Oedipus to put aside the information that he's receiving because she believes that oracles can 'get it wrong' from time to time. She holds up as proof that the oracles had said that her husband would be killed by his son, but as far as Jocasta knows, that has not happened. Of course, the irony is plain, here.
